This research project examined the effectiveness and impact of a job training program hosted by a local non-profit in Atlanta. Statistical outcomes and individual stories of participants were assessed to provide insight on program refinements and marketing enhancements.

Crucial Insights
Through our comprehensive research, it became evident that word of mouth is the most prominent marketing channel, highlighting the importance of leveraging participant referrals. Additionally, our research indicates the need for additional incentives to enhance the program's appeal and attract more participants. Lastly, we have identified the significance of replacing internal marketing jargon with accessible language that resonates with donors, partners, and community members, fostering better engagement and understanding.
