'5 Star' Training
This research project entailed a rigorous analysis of quantitative data and qualitative coding. By examining both the statistical trends and personal experiences of participants, detailed insights were gained on how to enhance the program's effectiveness, tailor support, and empower aspiring entrepreneurs on their path to success.

Objectives & Goals
Streamline and define key performance indicators (KPIs) by consolidating scattered data and implementing a centralized data management system.
Identify how to enhance brand reputation and expand network of partners and donors with marketing initiatives.
Develop a clear roadmap for implementing a '5 star' training program, including defining objectives, identifying modules, determining delivery methods, and establishing evaluation mechanisms.

Crucial Insights
The mixed methods analysis yielded valuable insights that will contribute to the program's success. Participants have expressed a strong desire for increased networking opportunities and mentorship, highlighting their need for meaningful connections throughout and after the program. Additionally, industry-specific workshops have been identified as a key area of interest, enabling entrepreneurs to gain practical advice on how to directly apply the information to their unique businesses. Through assessing referral channels, we have identified four potential partnerships that will enhance the program's reach and impact. Findings also shed light on the most common challenges faced by entrepreneurs, including funding, marketing, and sales.
Recommendations
Training Program Revision & Measurable KPIs:
Elevate participant engagement and retention rates through networking sessions hosted before and after cohort sessions.
Brand Reputation and Network Enhancement:
Amplify program impact and audience reach by leveraging referral networks, paving the way for additional workshops hosted by guest facilitators.
Make marketing campaigns more effective by crafting branded digital assets and a digital toolkit, empowering partners to amplify program offerings across multiple platforms.
Program Expansion:
Unlock program growth and impact by enlisting a team of additional trainers, expanding geographical reach.
Data-driven Insights:
Utilize data throughout impact reports, showcasing the program's achievements and paving the way for partnerships that drive meaningful change.
Research Impact
Insights led to prototype development of a user-friendly web portal exclusively for program participants with aims to facilitate networking, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing among participants
Data collection methods were revamped, simplifying surveys and incorporating more opportunities for capturing qualitative data
Marketing processes were revised, resulting in simplified operations that is easier to track and manage through a single software solution
Company website was evaluated highlighting enhancements that will optimize the user experience including the incorporation of social proof and emphasizing the value proposition for each product and program
